Longwood Office Park, Orlando, Florida For the purchase of a 6-story building in a 220,000 sq. ft multi-tenanted office park, Continental Group performed due diligence, improvement and repair budgets in addition to providing a study of the cost and feasibility of converting the property from an on-site sewage disposal system to a municipal system. Sunrise Shopping Center, Kendall, Florida For the purchase of an 80,000 sq. ft. shopping mall located on the west side of Miami, Florida, Continental Group performed due diligence as well as improvement and repair budgets. The complex consisted of a 27-story office tower known as the Main Mall Tower, a 21-story office tower known as the Liberty Building, and the Main Mall, which is a 3-story enclosed shopping mall with a 1,000 car parking garage underneath. Pennsylvania Continental Group performed pre-construction and construction services for a 1992-1994 project worth $2.1 million involving the modernization and replacement of four 20-story elevators in a heavily occupied municipal building. This included sprinkler retrofit due to code changes, facade restoration and a new roof.
