For this 32,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant office building (shown above), Continental Group has been responsible for property management, asset management and leasing since 1992. At the time of project inception, the building was 42% occupied and in a distressed situation. Within two years, Continental Group had increased building occupancy to 100% and arranged its sale to a group of investors who were put together by Continental Group as well.

Since 1995, Continental Group has been responsible for property management, asset management and leasing for a mixed use (retail, commercial and residential) condominium. Continental Group also acted as expert in preparation of the Offering Plan required by the N.Y.S. Attorney General's Office.

For IBM Building 500 (50,000 sq. ft.), IBM Building 501 (11,300 sq. ft.), IBM Building 502 (60,000 sq. ft.), IBM Building 503 (124,900 sq. ft.) and IBM Building 504 (118,000 sq. ft.) as well as Merritt Park (650 acres) all in Fishkill, New York, Continental Group has been responsible for property management, asset management, sale and leasing since 1989. This is a mixed use project consisting of office, research, restaurant, retail and hotel space including extensive roadway and landscape maintenance requirements.

For this 22,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant medical office building, Continental Group has performed property management, asset management and leasing since 1997 when owner's self-management failed.
