Wappingers Falls, New York For this 32,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant office building (shown above), Continental Group has been responsible for property management, asset management and leasing since 1992. At the time of project inception, the building was 42% occupied and in a distressed situation. Within two years, Continental Group had increased building occupancy to 100% and arranged its sale to a group of investors who were put together by Continental Group as well. 109 Prince Street Condominium Association Since 1995, Continental Group has been responsible for property management, asset management and leasing for a mixed use (retail, commercial and residential) condominium. Continental Group also acted as expert in preparation of the Offering Plan required by the N.Y.S. Attorney General's Office. |
